Send / receive traffic on Winlink

The CLKRMS intertie connects to the Winlink system via the BPQ32 network switch running on Windows 7.  Connect via CLKHUB by issuing the "RMS" command.  Or, connect directly to CLKRMS (or K7MM-10) on 145.050 MHz and on 223.460 MHz.

Telnet Connect puts you at the CLKHUB.  Issue the "RMS" command to go to the CLKRMS intertie.

CLKRMS

CLKRMS connects to the Winlink system for all communities in the quad cities.

The controller operates on emergency-backup power when commercial power is unavailable.  The radios are a Kenwood  TM-V7A on 145.050 MHz, and an Icom IC-28A on 223.460 MHz.
